Method:
1. Mix dough according to package instructions, knead it for 10 minutes, drizzle some olive oil on to, put in a bowl, cover and leave aside to rise for 1 hour.
2. Sprinkle 2 baking dishes with some flour, place them in the oven at 350 degrees F and leave them to heat up.
3. Meanwhile, heat up a pan with the olive oil at a medium high temperature and cook garlic and onions for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add beef and cook for 5 more minutes.
5. Drain excess fat, add chili, cinnamon, cumin, 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 5 tablespoons pomegranate molasses, salt and pepper, stir and cook for 1 more minute.
6. Divide the bread dough in 4 balls, sprinkle some flour on a working surface, roll each dough, place 2 balls on each baking tray you’ve took out of the oven.
7. Spread the rest of the tomato puree on each, add meat, pickled peppers, cheese and pine nuts, introduce in the oven at the same temperature and cook for 10 minutes.
8. Take pizzas out of the oven, drizzle the rest of the pomegranate molasses on each and serve right away.
